VT Blacklist: Spammers, Touts, Frauds This list provided by VirtualTourist lists some spammers, touts, and frauds who attempt to abuse VirtualTourist by continually spamming users with forum postings, solicitations, email come-ons and all the other unwanted advertising that we purge from VT. The list started on 3.21.06 and lists some of the most persistent spammers and touts. It is NOT all encompassing. These people should be avoided.
